Kadin Mejia '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Kadin Mejia and I will be a 2023 graduate and am currently attending Lake Park High School in Medinah Illinois. I have been playing competitive baseball since I was 8. My Old club team (Bloomingdale Bulldogs) were a AAA team and have been playing competitive Baseball for years. My dreams are to play baseball in college and eventually play in the majors. I want to be the first person in my family to be a professional athlete. Along with my dream to become a professional athlete, I'm also aspiring to pursue a sports marketing career. Sports have been a major part of my life since I was 6 years old. My athleticism has allowed me to play multiple sports throughout my life. For many years I was a three sport athlete (basketball, soccer, and baseball) and excelled at all three. My freshman year (before the covid pandemic began) I was able to try my hand at wrestling and did very well for having no prior experience. I have a love for all sports and hope to incorporate that love into my future career.
