At the age of 9, you have no idea of what you will do or where you will be when you grow older. I used the age of 9 because I was that age when I first started baseball. At that time, I never thought that I'd be where I'm at now. I was playing for something to do, not even thinking about playing on a college team. Now I understand that baseball is not just something to do. I am now aware that when I go out on that field, I am giving it my all until the last pitch. That is what makes me stand out. I am recognized as the captain of my travel and my high school team, not only because I am a vocal leader, but because I pursue my aspirations athletically and academically. I want to major in Pre-Med, but play baseball as long as I can. I would make a great addition to any school and any baseball team because I work hard. I've become a better player and student thanks to the hard work I've put in day in and day out.
