Lucas Alexander '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Lucas Alexander.  I am 17 years old and in the class of 2023 at Bloomington High school North in Bloomington, Indiana. I ended my sophomore year having a 3.89 GPA.  I was a varsity starter my sophomore year playing left field and pitching.  I'm also a 2 year varsity starter in football.

Baseball has always been my favorite sport. I started playing when I was 3 and there is nothing I like more. I always try to do the best I can on and off the field to be a good teammate. I love competing and I think baseball let's me do that as an individual and as a teammate. I have learned a lot of valuable lessons as a baseball player.

I plan to spend the next 2 years working to become a better player, smarter student, and more well rounded person. I would love to play baseball in college. It would be awesome to get a degree while still playing the game I love. After college I would like to continue on in baseball as a scout, instructor, or coach. But that's still a few years away.
