I feel what sets myself apart from others is when my team is down I have the ability to still be active and create that spark. I have the leadership skills to make any team respect what I'm trying to accomplish. I can be fun but I know when I need to focus on and off the field. In the classroom I focus to the best of my ability and get everything done in time or before the due date. By the comments of other people and coaches I have felt the pride of saying I'm a good leader and can make any struggling team into an upbeat team willing to die for another.
