I play baseball because I love the game! I've played for coaches who teach the "why" behind everything baseball. As a result, I understand the game and its strategies and can make skilled adjustments to fit the situation or to anticipate next moves. I'm a patient batter who typically is one of the team leaders in quality at-bats, walks, and on-base %. During the offseason, I run and lift to maintain physical shape and continue to bat and throw to continuously sharpen my skills.  Academic success is as important to me as success in baseball. I'm prepared for my classes and take all of them seriously. As a player, you will find that I am reliable, respectful, hard-working, and genuinely able to celebrate the success of my teammates.
