I simply love the game of baseball. I started playing tball when I was 4 years old. Believe or not I wouldn't get out on the field. Once I moved up to the minor league my love of the game set in. I have loved it ever since. When I was 7, I was picked as a sub for the 8U All Star team. It was then I realized I need to work to become better. From that point on, I was never a sub.
I am an excellent teammate and understand that being a good teammate is much more than cheering my team on. I try to lead by example, I work hard and always trying to get better. Win or loose I do it with class, you never know who is watching. I never sacrifice my integrity to win a game. I understand that by doing the little things everyday whether its hitting off a T, doing throw downs or running sprints, I am making myself better.
I also understand that if I don't make my grades I can't play baseball, so keeping my GPA up and doing the work is my top priority.
