Kevin Copinger, Jr '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kevin Copinger and I'm from Joppa, Maryland.  I currently play varsity for the Maryland Saints and FCA Travel teams.  Past years I have primarily played middle infield positions.  This year I have been primarily catcher and 2nd base when necessary.  I also have a keen eye for tracking and play outfield well.  Baseball is what most of my life revolves around and I am working on all aspects of my skills on a regular basis. My desire is to enter the field of Mechanical Engineering or Physical Therapy and acquire my degree.  Playing baseball while pursuing my career would be the best and is my goal.  I am always finding ways to improve my skills and I understand that it takes a daily routine of conditioning, stretching and particular exercise to be able to achieve those goals.  I try to be an example to my friends and fellow athletes with my attitude in all situations.  I like to diffuse situations that may arise and help others.  Good character is something very important to me and I will always strive to be the example that shows that character.
