Dear College Coaches,
Hi my name is Jeremy Stewart and I want to play college baseball! I live in Bel Air, Maryland and am a rising senior at C. Milton Wright High School. I played on the Varsity Baseball team last season and played at 1st base, pitched a lot, mostly started pitching but sometimes in relief, and a number of games as the dessignated hitter. We were supposed to 18 games but 5 got rained out. So we played 13 and had 1 scrimage and went 8-6. We played a well known private school in Giman high School and beat them 8-3. I was the designated hitter that game and went 2-4, with a double, reached base 3 times and 2 rbi's. I played summer baseball outside of school for the Bel Air Braves 14u club Tournament team. We just played in tournaments, 6 in fact. Some in maryland, some out of maryland. I played 1st base almost every inning of every game and when i wasn't at first, i was on the mound, usually in relief. Halfway through the season I had the highest battin average on the team with a .500 batting average at 18-36. I started off the season at clean-up and stayed there the whole season. We played around 35 games and went somewhere around 28-7. We won one championship, second place 3 times and semifinals 2 times. We got second in the Maryland Baseball Tournament with a win over Maryland Baseball Acadamy. We finshed as the 5th best 14u baseball team in Maryland according to the Maryland Baseball Rankings. I finished the season hitting .440 and only striking out 5 times all season. When I strikeout i get frustrated becuase when i put the ball in play i am giving myself i great oppurtunity to get on base and help my team but when i strike out, i am getting my self out and not helping the team. I am always the first on and off the field, if I am not I am very mad at myself. Before Bel Air I played for the Arena Starz where we finshed in the top 3 in the stae for both years i was with the team. I am a good leader to my team and always give out great inspiration and great motiviation. I want to get to the highest level of College Baseball possibly and I want to contribute alot to my team and make my team better. The size of the school really dosnt matter to me that much i just want to play College Baseball. I would perfierly like to play on the east coast somewhere but the geographical location really dosn't make a difference to me. I Hope you notice me and help me live my dream of playing college basbeall.
