Hayden Snelsire '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing baseball for as long as I can remember. Starting with tee ball and continuing all the way to high school, baseball has played a huge role in my life. I have been given the unique opportunity to travel all over the country playing baseball. From my small hometown of Berlin, MD to Bristol, CT and Ft. Myers, FL to Livermore, CA -- all places that without baseball, I may never have visited.  Playing on many different teams that have enjoyed success at many different levels, I have played in many high pressure situations starting as young as 10 years old.  From little league to high school to showcase tournaments, I have learned how to perform when the stakes are high and how to contribute to the success of my team.  I look forward to continuing my journey at the next level and being a part of a successful collegiate program. 

I am currently completing the Accounting & Marketing Capstone program at my high school and am a member of our FBLA team.  My current class schedule includes Calculus, Advanced Marketing, and an Accounting internship planned for the spring. I am committed to maintaining my 4.0 GPA and have learned to balance my athletic responsibilities with my academic demands. I am also a member of our school's Fellowship of Christian Athletes program, which meets twice a month.  I believe that my strong faith foundation has helped me to be successful in both school and sports.
