Robbie Burris '22 Recruiting Profile

I wake up at 4am and drive about an hour away for intense workouts before going to school several days a week.  I am committed and driven to achieve my goals.  I love the game of baseball and I am ready to play at the next level.  I will continue to work harder than anyone to make that happen.  In addition to being an athlete, I have maintained a 3.5 GPA with Distinguished Honor Roll for multiple years.  I play 1st base, 3rd base, and am a RHP with an exit velocity of 104mph and a can-do attitude that will play anywhere the team needs.  In addition to All Conference, All Stars I was named as a captain in 11th grade for my High School Team at Hodgson Vo Tech, and just transferred to Bohemia Manor to complete my senior year where I earned 1st team All County 2022 - 1st Base, 1st Team Cecil County Sports 2022 - 1st Base, and 1st Team Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference (UCBAC) 2022 - 1st Base.  I am a hard worker and a team player who leads by example.  I was ranked by Perfect Game as the #1 1st Baseman in Maryland with a Perfect Game Grade of 9.  Some of my other recent accomplishments include: 2020 National Underclass Showcase - Main Event Top Prospect Team, Rawlings 2021 PG Preseason Underclass All American Team, PG Top 500 National Rank, 2021 Uncommitted Main Event Showcase - Top 10 Exit Velo/Top 10 1B Velo, and my batting practice clips were featured on both Perfect Game and Prospect Select's social media pages.
