Adam Janney '14 Recruiting Profile

Baseball is in my blood. My father played for the Philadelphia Phillies and my brother and sister both have college baseball/softball experience. I am a contact and line drive hitter and I am a very tough batter to strike out. I am a natural leader both on and off the field. I have a high baseball IQ and I always know what to do when the ball is hit to me as a fielder. I will strive and compete for a starting spot as soon as I step between the lines, but I will support my team through anything. I want to major in Mechanical Engineering as well. I know this will be tough to balance my schedule but I am a very hard worker and I have never quit anything in my life.
