Zach Winer '25 Recruiting Profile

I held my first baseball when I was a 4 year old kid growing up within walking distance  of a baseball field. Right from there, I fell in love with the sport and the art of baseball. I have spent countless hours at that very baseball field trying to perfect my craft and further enhance my skills. My ultimate dream for my baseball career is to play college ball and have a shot at the pros. I think this is what sets me apart from other recruits. My work ethic and desire to get better is unmatched to anyone else. There is nothing in the world that I would rather do than to practice pitching, or taking a round of bp, or just playing baseball in general. I also differentiate from others by my desire to perform well academically as well. This past year, I finished in the top 10 of my class rankings, while also being the froshmore baseball team captain. I am determined to follow my dream and eventually reach a point where I can have an opportunity to play professional baseball.
