Lowell Spinners Atlantic Blue Grey Showcase 2010 - Fb 87, Cb 74,75,76, first base 3.25, batting 3.50. The Blue Grey Classic evaluated Adam at the Lowell Spinners Showcase on June 26th 2010. We were highly impressed with this right handed pitcher whose fast ball peaked out at 87 MPH while his curve and change up were consistent at 74 MPH. His alternate position is as a "corners guy" as he plays first base and third equally well, showing good hands and a strong accurate arm. He appears very confident in his abilities and seems to be a catalyst with his teammates. Hitting wise he showed excellent mechanics and stays back on the ball to hit for power. Academics look in order as he has a 3.1 GPA. Our projection for the level of college play would be mid level Division I to Division II. Should he continue to grow in his skills and stats he could possibly be a Draft choice in June of 2011. Ecelent use of legs and core in your delivery. Ability to locate was impressive. We are very impressed you as a pitcher. Your use of your legs and core strength as very advanced. You should thank whomever has worked with you. He (they)have done a good job with your mechanics and aggressiveness in the zone. Under Armor Try Outs Tufts College- Selcted to The National world Series Tournament at Pirate City, Brandenton Fl. Philosophy My philosophy for playing the game of baseball is to remain a student of the game and have fun. I realize that the opportunity to improve in Baseball at the college level is very competitive, which is why academics are very important to me. I believe one must respect the game of baseball and that it is a privilege to play. Effort and hustle are both elements of the game that any player can control.
