I attend the D1 prep/collegiate training class. Out of season I go at least 3 times a week. In the class we work with a professional training coach. The classes main focuses are on speed, agility, and weight training.
Physical Preparation for Baseball (PPB)

I go to Physical Preparation for Baseball once a week. I work with head trainer Phil Loomis on baseball specific exercises. We work a lot on rotational power while also focusing on core strength and speed/agility.
