Chris Hawkins '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Christopher Hawkins class of 2021 Walled Lake Western High School Wixom, MI. I have passion for the game of baseball and have been playing since a very young age. I’m enrolled in AP and Honros classes and currently have a 3.55 GPA.

I became interested in the catcher position from watching my brother play in high school. I am a leader and I am determined to do whatever is best for the team. I was voted as a captain by teammates my freshman year. I lead by example through hard work and dedication along with passion for the game.

My strengths as a catcher are my blocking and receiving skills and I countinue to work hard to grow at every aspect of the game. My dream is to play college baseball and continue my education so that one day I can use my experience to be involved in the game of baseball in some way as a coach, mentor, or analyst
