2022 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Jack Sayler, I am a left handed pitcher and outfielder and I have a dream of playing baseball at a competitive collegiate level. What makes me a good candidate for any team is that I have a good attitude on and off the field, I maintain good grades in school, and I put in lots of time outside of practice.
One thing that makes me stand out from the rest of the players in my grade is that I have had Tommy John Surgery, an unfortunate accident where a chipped bone from my elbow tore my UCL, but this has made me determined to get back and better than where I was before the injury. I have a strong arm from the outfield, I am fast around the bases, and I enjoy power-lifting and football as well.
I hope to have a long career in baseball, and I am looking forward to what is next.
