John Seaser '14 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is John Seaser and I go to Lanse Creuse High School North. I play first base primarily and I also play outfield. I also play for the travel team, Jet Box. I used to throw left handed until I was 14. At the end of summer before 9th grade I was having elbow pain and the doctor said if I continued to throw I would cause damage to my elbow. It was either quit baseball of learn to throw right handed. I only had some of the fall and winter before tryouts to make the switch. I worked extremely hard and I made the switch in time. I made the freshman team and started at 1st base. I now am the starting first baseman on Varsity. My left arm is completely okay now, but I continue to throw with my right hand. I will be a senior this year for the class of 2014. I really want to play baseball in college. After all I've gone through I am not ready to stop playing after high school.
