Ben Keske '22 Recruiting Profile

I became interested in baseball when I was 5 years when I first started playing tee ball. I could never stop loving the game since the tee ball days and I kept playing.  Throughout my career I started making goals for myself like becoming a better teammate and pushing myself everyday to get better at the sport. Over time I have developed a lot of skills for the sport like speed, power, and hand eye coordination. My love for weightlifting and baseball go hand and hand because it made me an overall better and stronger athlete. I first loved playing 3rd base, but when I got into high school my love for center field became more than 3rd base. Over time I've been getting really good at the position and would love to keep playing through college. I feel that the harder I pushed myself at extracurricular activities the more I focused on achieving better academics. An academic goal of mine is to go to a 4 year college and get a business degree. A unique characteristic of myself, is that I work hard everyday to achieve my goals and push others around me to achieve their's to.
