I feel like the best part of my baseball career was when I made it to the state tournament in 13U. Even though we did not win I feel like it was a great experience to learn about winning and losing in higher pressure situations. I am here right now because of sports and my family. Sports has helped me cope with a lot of hings and fight through a lot, along with my family. Baseball has taught me that I don't need to be on the best team or have the best situations to love something. I feel like when I was on the 9A HS team I grew the most. I learned that even when you have a coach that a lot of people do not like and you do not always get your way it doesn't always mean it will not be fun and still learn a lot. As having a great coach is important, having the will power to get by having a coach you still get along with is more important. I feel like learning to get along with people you don't match great with is a important life skill that I learned. In college I hope to further my education mainly, but also want to be able to continue in a sport that I love. School is so important to me I want make my education the best it can be. I feel like college can be a really great place for me to grow even more in baseball and in my education especially.
