I am a fierce competitor who loves the game of baseball. My goal is to play the highest level of baseball as a pitcher. I started playing baseball at 6 years old, and have always worked to be the best athlete. I constantly strive to improve my performance, both on and off the field. I have had the opportunity to utilize newer technologies to assist with my pitching development, as well as working with some very good coaches along the path. I am looking for a program to help me continue to improve my skills and ultimately allow me to play professional baseball upon graduation. It is my dream to contribute to helping a team win the College Baseball World Series.
I have a strong work ethic to study the game of baseball, learn how to improve, and take direction from coaches. Most coaches will say that I am very focused when pitching, and take responsibility for the performance of my outings.
As you can see from my transcript, I have had success with my academic achievements and maintained a high grade point average in both high school and the local college. I plan to graduate high school with my associates degree in business from the College of Southern Nevada, and further pursue a bachelor’s degree in business and finance/accounting.
Additionally, I have a strong family support system. Both my parents and family have provided me with the tools and preparation for success.
Please, strongly consider me for a starting position on your team, as you will not regret your decision.
