Colton Duminie '15 Recruiting Profile

I love baseball. My whole life i have been lucky enough to be surrounded by caring people who also want to help me to continue to play the game i care so much about. When im not on the field i know that i cant stop grinding because if i do someone is waiting to pass me up and get that extra step. I love to be around friends and play the game but i am also a fierce competitor that hates to lose. Whether it is a game of whiffle ball or running after practice i refuse to lose and will not quit until i physically can't continue. I believe that I am a leader as I hope my peers also believe. As i've matured i have truly began to understand the importance of academics and strive to one up myself every semester until i no longer can do so. Throughout my baseball career i have always kept one thing in my backpocket "What if this is your last at bat", because one day i will not be able to play and i want to have no regrets.
