I'm Kelan Wall and hard work is a part of who I am, and I'm willing to do what it takes to get better every day. I will raise the bar by leading my team and taking care of business on and off the field through my faith in Jesus.  

I'm focused to complete the goal of playing at a high level because of the work ethic my family has shown me. I'm the oldest son of 2 retired Airman and the grandson and great grandson of retired Airman as well. My mother and father both served their country and demonstrated what sacrifice is on a daily basis. I'm grateful for where I come from. 

I'm a humble coachable student and athlete. I've played five different sports since I was 4 years old, including earning 2 black belts in Taekwondo before I was 8. From many teachers, I've learned to strive though discipline and teamwork, and for all of that I am grateful. Since I've been able to walk, I've also been in love with baseball, and it's taught me that failing was part of the game; that even the greatest of all time fail 3 out of 10 times at the plate. My coaches and family have all taught me how to adjust quickly, and learn to bounce back in order to achieve my goals. That is what makes baseball the greatest of all (the challenge). Baseball is a huge part of my life and it's humbled me. From that, I've learned to be a better Christian, son, brother, student and athlete, because of the adversity baseball and life have shown me, and for that I'll always be happy the game found me.
