Personal Statement

My name is Jonathan Sanchez. I am currently a half day high school junior and enrolled in two dual credit courses at our local college. I currently have a 3.8/4.0. I plan on pursuing a Pre-Med or Engineering degree. I love to spend time with my family, friends and my brothers on my baseball team. I love to play baseball and will work hard to continue to play. I am a leader both on and off the field. I am a great team player and focus on my individual contributions as well. I am respectful, trustworthy, loyal, hard working, dedicated, responsible, outgoing, and best of all I can tell a couple good jokes.

Activities-9/2016 to 10/2016 Los Alamos National Labratory Building Work Place Skills. The Los Alamos National Laboratory partnered with Santa Fe Community College and Innovate+Educate to offer an Engineered Systems Technician course. The course offered workplace skills to prepare students for level 1 or 2 engineered system technicians at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. -8/2016 to Present University of New Mexico Los Alamos (UNMLA). Enrolled in two dual credit courses. The first course is Accelerated Composition, which focuses on analyzing rhetorical situations and responding with appropriate genres and technology. The second course is an online course which covers the introduction to Emergency Medical Systems. -6/2015 to 8/2015 Northern New Mexico Community College – Enrolled in a dual credit course.
