Michael Seglin '27 Recruiting Profile

When I first began my baseball journey, my passion for the sport came to me immediately. I am extremely dedicated to sharpening my skills as well as being the best teammate I can be both on and off the field. Along with baseball, my education is one of the most important things in my life. I prioritize my academic success as much as my athletic success. I do this by setting smaller goals for myself that will help me on the way to reaching my main goals which currently are, achieving academic excellence and being offered the privilege to play baseball at the collegiate level. One thing that makes me stand out compared to other athletes is my ability to be able to play multiple positions, and to be able to adapt to where I am needed on the field. I have come to realize that every experience I have can teach me something that I can take with me that will add to my future success.
