Ever since I can remember my goal is to play college baseball. I take this goal very seriously. Baseball is more then a game to me it's my future career in some capacity. I love this game and I work at it every day either with my dad or my coaches. If I'm not working out, swinging a bat or perfecting my skills I am going to yoga with my mom to help me with my flexibility and stability. I have read a lot about this game and I understand that it's more then just baseball training.
Baseball is my first love but I do play competitive basketball as well. Playing at such a high level in baseball and basketball has given me the discipline I need to excel in school. I love sports but I know my academics is the most important aspect of myself. I take pride in getting good grades and taking hard classes. I am just entering high school this year and I will be taking as many honor classes I am allowed. My best subject is math and I have won many math competitions throughout the years including a school wide math bee. I also attended Kumon for many years.
In regard to my baseball honors I won the pitch, hit and run contest every year I was in Little league. I was also selected to play for the North East for USA Baseball. Only 30 kids were selected from thousands who tried out. More recently I was recruited to enroll and play at IMG baseball.
