Roberto Pennella '21 Recruiting Profile

Besides being a passionate baseball player and playing the sport since 1st grade at both club and competitive levels, I would consider myself a really well rounded player who can play all positions if needed.  I have played all positions and succeeded at all of them. My primary position is catching and I chose this as my primary because I love to be a leader and involved with every play of the game. On the field I don't show frustration and don't disrespect any players, coaches or umpires. Off the field I work hard in the classroom and keep grades first. 

I have worked as an umpire for little league youth baseball during 2017-2019 and have volunteered at a youth baseball clinic in winter 2020.
