At the age of 8 I informed my parents that my goal was to play college baseball. Less than a year later I handed them my top 10 list. This was put together by searching for top engineering schools with strong baseball programs. My goals have not changed. I know to achieve my goal that consistent hard work in and out of the classroom as well as on and off the field are a must. My teachers and coaches have always complimented me on my work ethic and ability to help and get along with others. 

Being a contributing member of a team is very important to me. I enjoy supporting my teammates and being someone who adds positive energy every game and every practice. My heart is behind the plate. I also have a lot of experience playing corner infield. My high fielding percentage each season is something I am proud of. It takes hours of work each week and I enjoy every minute of it. Hitting from both sides of the plate takes twice as much time, reps and work but once again, I love it. 

My 4.0 GPA , 4.4 weighted (4 point scale)  and winning the regional Math Olympics are the two things that I am most proud of academically. On the baseball field I have won multiple awards including  'Best Attitude', 'Heart and Hustle' and 'Christian Character'. It is an honor to be named by Perfect Game as a 2023 Pre Season Underclass All American.

Off the field I am an active member of the National Honor Society as well as Young Life.
