My name is Raymond "Stash" Spear. I am a 2025 graduate and my goal is to play baseball at the collegiate level. I have always had a love for the game and as I get older, I understand that hard work is necessary. I feel that I am a great teammate. I am a good candidate to play at the collegiate level because of my passion and knowledge of the game. I am always working to improve my skills and take constructive criticism well. I also understand the importance of what makes a student-athlete. I excel in the classroom and work hard on the field.  I have a supportive family, team, and coaches who constantly push me out of my comfort zone.
