Jacob was a member of the Region 5 team. PBR Notes- Jacob Shafer (RHP, Southwest Guilford HS, 2020) catches the eye with a 6-foot-7 frame. Still working to sync his delivery at all times, the fastball has grown, sitting 84-87 and touching 88. As the outing wore on, the feel for the secondary stuff improved, showing a hard 11/5 tilt with the breaking ball at 76.
