Spencer "Matthias" Carter '16 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals and aspirations are very straightforward. I would like to get the opportunity to play baseball at the collegiate level.  I would be a great asset to a  team mainly because I'm a hard worker always pushing myself to get better at whatever it is I am striving for, whether it be baseball or even academics. What makes me different than other recruits is that I have a high level of confidence in myself and I have learned how to balance keeping my grades up along with a strenous athletic schedule. No matter what comes my way, I know I will find my way through it and I am able to maintain by composure under pressure. I am a leader on the field and  I feel that I'm at the top percentage  at both my position and age. I am in the top 7% of my class in GPA and can only go higher with hard work and perseverance.
