Ben O'Brien '24 Recruiting Profile

I'm a hard-working athlete, and I'm continuing to grow physically and improve my skills. A heavy regimen of off-season weight-training, batting practice, and throwing technique has helped me continue to improve.  I'm an enthusiastic, high-energy teammate and I love the game. I will continue to improve and I hope to play for the highest level program in college that I can.

I pride myself on my athletic ability; hand/eye coordination; speed; being a contact hitter; OBP; glove; being a very aggressive athlete; and maintaining a high energy level. In addition to making "standard" plays and fielding at a high percentage, I'm also proud to be able to go for and make plays that others can't make (please see my video!).
