Matthew Duliba '16 Recruiting Profile

  I aim to earn a 4 year degree in a field which I feel I would enjoy working long term.  I desire to be a Professional Recruiting Scout, an Athletic Director, a Coach or Trainer.

  I am strong on Intangibles.   I encountered a few challenges early in my academic career with Fine Motor skills and some Reading comprehension.   Through this experience, I learned to work hard, be persistent, earn everything that I get, and persevere early in my life.

   I carry this same attitude with me today, both Academically, and Athletically.  I practice hard all the time.  I bring a desire to play as hard as I can to the field with me every day.   I work hard during off-season, and in between games / practices.  I do not play other sports seriously, because I have a passion for baseball, and I desire to excel in 1 sport.    I am a hustler, and I am a positive influence with my teammates in the dugout.   I have a passion to learn and grow.    My passion and intangibles drive me toward being a winner.   I love Sports and I want to work in the sporting field my career.
