My goal for college is to equip myself for success in life. I would like baseball and academics to play equal parts in achieving that goal. I have not narrowed down my preferred field of study, but possibilities include engineering or physics. I do know that continuing to play baseball at a higher level of competition will set me up for success. I love the game of baseball for the game itself, the competition, and building relationships with coaches and teammates.

Since I started playing baseball I have always worked hard and continually improved while competing at a high level. Coaches have complimented me on my knowledge of the game and my coachability. I am a student of the game and lead others by my example more than by my words. I strive to do the little things well and to do rather than to say what I am going to do.

More than just a baseball player, I am a multi-sport athlete who loves competing. I take pride in all aspects of my game: hitting for power and average, stealing bases, fielding, and throwing. I consistently perform at high levels in the classroom and on the field.

I look forward to competing and growing at the college level.
