Andrew Olson '27 Recruiting Profile

I’m Andrew Olson - I am a home-schooled  honor student, and play baseball. I play 1st base and sometimes I DH. I'm 6'4'’ and weigh 350 lbs (I’m working with a trainer to get that down). I love baseball and I will run through any obstacle to make myself better. The work is FUN for me. If solid work goes in, results come out, I have always thought. For a few years, I battled an autoimmune disease and baseball was the only connection I had with people outside of my home. It was vital to me and got me through a very difficult time.The people I work with have made it even better: my teammates, my coaches, and my multi-batting-title hitting coach: they have all made my baseball career into an amazing experience that I want to continue into the future. Unfortunately, I struggled again with an immune issue winter and spring 2024 and winter 2025 and was unable to play my school's spring seasons.
