I slacked off with my grades my freshman and sophomore year but now I am a straight A student after speaking with several college coaches and players and they stressed academics as the number one importance which really had an impact on me. So now, I am willing to work as hard as possible, both physically and academically, to get into college with a baseball scholarship. I am lifting every weekday in the winter and I am hitting every day. My number one goal right now is to get a scholarship. I have completed my FAFSA and have been awarded a Pell grant of approximately $1,300.00 and a Direct Stafford Loan Estimate of $5,500.00
