Payton Booth '16 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals are to attend a university where I feel comfortable and I can earn a degree in some area of business. While earning my degree I also hope to have the opportunity to play college baseball for a program that strives for greatness and competes for championships. I also hope to play for coaches that will help me develop to my full potential as a player and as a person. I am not sure at this time if I am best suited as a position player or a pitcher, even my high school coaching staff and my summer coaches divided on where my future as a player lies. I have worked very hard not only to be a collegiate baseball prospect but to also be a good student and a to be a person who others consider to be of good character. I believe I would be a student/athlete that nearly all programs would like to have. Although I am not perfect, I strive every day to be the best person, the best student, and the best ball player I can be.
