Since I was young, playing baseball has always been my passion. It drives me to seek mastery and learn about myself in ways that nothing else in life can teach me. Playing baseball in college would add to this amazing experience it has already given me.
I have and always will take my academics very seriously, which is shown through my 4.0 GPA and honor roll classes. This same passion is transmitted into any work I do, and especially baseball. I strive for excellence every day and always try to put myself in a position to succeed.
On the field, I always seek to be a leader. Helping my teammates succeed and my team win will always come first. Along with this, I am also very coachable and respectful to any coach, teacher, person, or mentor that I connect with.
Mentally, I take the game of baseball to heart. Being a great baseball player requires skill, but it also requires mental toughness. In a game of failure, what separates me, is that I take adversity and I grow from it. Seeing situations as learning experiences and finding ways to get better instead of becoming complacent is what makes me different.
