Tyler Anderson '20 Recruiting Profile

My situation is a bit different than most student athletes.  I attend a private school that specializes in teaching dyslexics.  It’s a great school that has prepared me for college, but one of the disadvantages is that they do not provide any athletic resources or compete in high school sports.  I live in Tualatin, OR and have played for their high school team since my freshman year.  This challenge has made me into a tough competitor and a dedicated, hard worker.  I have worked extensively with Mychal Gould and Jose Cepeda at Northwest Diamond Sports since 2015.  I’m dedicated to baseball and school year round. My baseball philosophy is always giving 100%, doing my job for the team and constantly learning ways to improve.  I understand it is privilege to play this game and that chances to progress to the next level are few. That’s why my career goals are so important to me.  I plan to study business and athletic education.  When I’m not studying or playing baseball I enjoying hanging out with friends, fishing and r/c cars.
