Joe Collins '20 Recruiting Profile

Baseball has always had a place in my heart. From a very young age, I have loved the game for what it is. Every time I step onto that field, I do not want it to be my last. I truly want to keep playing and meet new people through the game, and essentially just do what I love. Personally, I find that I am very coach able, I am not one of those people who will sit there and argue with you about how what you are telling me is nonsense. I'm always willing to give anything a try, if it doesn't work, it doesn't work, we try again. I also find that I am a good fit because not once have I ever gotten mad at the game. I have never thrown a helmet, glove, bat, batting gloves or anything of that nature. If I strike out, so be it, I walk back and I get up to bat next time with more ambition to get a hit, that's just how the game goes. I am a very hard working person, and I am very dedicated to my school work, aside from baseball.
