Alex Schoessler '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing baseball since I was 5 years old.  I have learned the importance of leadership on the field and in the classroom.  I strive to be a mentor to others and help them in any way that I can.  The commitment of playing baseball and maintaining a challenging course load has taught me the determination and effort I need in order to become a successful athlete and student at the collegiate level.  My goal through college athletics is to be a successful athlete, become a better student, and person in general.  Therefore, I am not only trying to be an excellent baseball player, but also the best teammate, leader, and friend that I can be.
