Personal Statement
Hello Coaches and thank you for viewing my profile. I am very dedicated to baseball and working hard to be the best player and teammate possible. I am committed to working hard in school and being a very respectful person in life. I have given up other sports to focus on my love for baseball. I have been coached by my father, who played Division II baseball and in the D-II College World Series. He has taught me how to respect the game and those around me. I take pride picking balls at first base and I learned how to track fly balls by getting good jumps off the bat. I am a lefty pitcher and focus on hitting my spots. I have a very good change up, cutter, splitter and a curve. I have been taught to live on the corners and it is helping me with my success. I am 17 now and playing on the Berks Catholic High School Varsity team as a Sophomore. We won the PA District 3 4A championship this year and just starting States. I was the starting pitcher for the championship game. I started in every game in RF, CF, 1B or Pitcher. I am a switch hitter, but I don't always hit left, as I feel I have more power from the right side. I look forward to hearing from you and am entertaining any good baseball program who wants a smart and dedicated baseball player who respects the game!
Thank you ,
