Personal Statement

My name is Alex Hlivia (#7). I am a 2021 middle infielder in the Altoona Curve Juniors and U.S. Elite baseball program. My philosophy is to work hard and do whatever I can to help the team and have fun playing the game I love. As a student, I am 4.0 GPA/high honor roll student that takes academics seriously. As an athlete, I have played multiple sports throughout middle school and early high school, and work out during the year in the gym to maximize my abilities. As a baseball player, I believe in team first, hustle, hard work and putting in maximum effort every time that I step on to the field. My goal is to play baseball at the next level and receive a quality education to prepare me for life after college.
