Jacob Mease '18 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jacob Mease and I am a 5’ 10”, 145 pound, lefty pitcher and baseball is a huge part of my life.  I am currently a Junior soon to be senior at West York High School. I always give 100% effort no matter what the circumstance. My secondary position is 1st base which adds to my versatility on the field.

I am looking to get an education in engineering and play college baseball. I have a positive attitude along with the ability to listen and follow directions. I give my absolute best as a high school student. I am striving and preparing myself for the challenge of being the best that I can be. Grades are very important to me and I take them seriously and know that there is always more to learn.

I am always wanting to improve to be the best player I can be. I am year round training including strength and conditioning and working with a pitching coach.  I am constantly challenging myself on and off the field and am confident that each year I will be better than the last.  My goal is to continue to improve so that I can have the opportunity of playing baseball in college. Even though baseball and school take up most of my time, fishing and golfing are my favorite things to do in my off time.
