Bo Stewart '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Bo Stewart (Sam McDowell Stewart, III) and I play baseball for Hyde Park High School and the Austin Wings. It is my goal to receive a quality education while playing baseball at the next level.

I have had leadership experience on the field not only in baseball but also by playing QB for my football team. I thrive on being challenged and have learned from playing Varsity in two sports since I was a freshman the importance of dedication and hard work.  Those attributes have helped me not only in athletics but also in academics. 

The best compliment I have ever received from a coach is that I am the kind of guy you build a team around. This motivates me everyday to conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the field, always knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my faith, my family, my team, my coaches and the school I attend.
