Hello coaches,
My name is Zachary Wilson and I am 14 years old. I will enter my freshman year at Jack C. Hays High school in August. I am a shortstop/pitcher who developed a love for the game at a young age. When I was a little boy I used to sit by the tv and watch games with my dad and he would explain scenarios to me so I understood the game of baseball. I picked up on the game quickly and fell in love whenever I started playing little league. My parents always provided me with all the equipment and training I needed to become a great baseball player. I am now working with a private pitching and hitting trainer to help me become stronger, improve my technique, and my skills. Whenever I am about to go up to the plate to hit or to the mound to pitch, I talk with myself and motivate myself so I have the confidence to play well. I feel that I would be a great addition to your team/organization because I am hardworking, respectful, fast learner, and a competitive ball player. My goal right now is to continue getting stronger and learning more about the game so I can have a healthy and long baseball career.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely, Zachary Wilson
