Briggs Loveland '21 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to find a school that is the best fit for me academically and offers a competitive baseball program.  I want to have a positive college  experience and create bonds and memories for life. I am a strong candidate for your program because I am a hard-working and respectful student athlete.  I am a very coachable baseball player,  with a strong work ethic and ready to make an impact in your program. I have lived in 3 different states (Oregon, Utah & Texas) where I have learned how to make friends quickly, adjust to different cultures and play with various teammates and coaches.  

I recently traveled to the Dominican Republic for humanitarian work. Before the trip I collected donations and hygiene items from multiple businesses and people. When I was there I visited local villages and saw extreme poverty and how happy the people were just to receive a toothbrush. I also had the chance to play baseball against talented players from Dominican prospect academies. Playing and conditioning with these teams and coaches taught me more about how hard work and determination are keys to be successful in baseball.

I set high standards, focus on achieving personal goals and you will not have to worry about how I act in the classroom or my grades.  My school work will always be a first priority next to baseball. I have a strong moral character that will fit your program.  I will be a great teammate, play my best, hustle on the field, and be a leader on and off the field.  As a member of your program I am so excited to start this new path in my career as a student athlete.
