Eric Vela '19 Recruiting Profile

I am a Utility player but the “choose your position” part didn’t have Utility so I put 2B, LF, and C to I guess signify that I play everywhere. I am a fast learner if I mess up I learn from it. I work harder than the guys who were born big and strong. I have had to work hard for everything I have academically and athletic wise. I am the guy that coaches say "Sh*t this kid is up to bat with bases loaded.” I love and always want to be in the Full Count, routine ground ball or pop-fly game winning situations. I am dedicated and committed and never quit or give up in anything I do. I never post or do anything that could jeprodize my future career on social media. I am an excellent student who gets the job done to pass and excel in every AP and College course I have. I dont have the money to travel to different states and be part of special teams that I get invited to be on and are exposed to MLB and D1 college scouts like most kids do that I know in high school, even though I may not have the money, to afford to be on those special teams and play in those special tournaments, I play with more heart and passion for the game then anyone. And I believe God put me on this Earth to amaze people with my talents on and off the field.
