My goal is to make a's and b's in school and finish my last three years of highschool on varsity. Get stronger in the weight room and academically. Then graduate with a college scholarship and go through collage with high b's and a's. Then my dream is to go and play on a major league baseball team and serve god with all he has given me in life.
Baseball has given me every opportunity to further myself. Baseball keeps my grades up in school and keeps me out of trouble. The love for the game is what drives me to get better. Pushes me that extra mile. I am always looking for new ways to further my knowledge and skills from what I already know and I take every opportunity to do so. My dad got me started in baseball when I was probably 9 years old and it has brought us a lot closer. My family has been very supportive with my desire to play baseball. Every year my family calls and asks how I'm doing and want to see me play.
Back when my dad was a kid he played football, he wanted to play through high school but didnt make it. My dad injured his back and knees while weight lifting and playing games. He wasn't able to continue playing and lost his ability to do what he loves. Same thing with my moms dad he played sports as well he got hurt and is paralized on his left side. My point of telling this is because I want to be able to continue what I love. I want to hit the field every day for those that can't, for the lord, my team, myself, my dad, but mostly for the love and compassion for the game.I am determined.
Thank you for your time it means a lot .
