Tysen Wilson '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a leader that is dedicated, determined and has the drive to work hard and get better every day. I consistently put in work to improve my performance, mental IQ of baseball, great attitude and encouraging teammate, which helps me rise above my competition and stay focused. I believe my character, integrity, and ability to smile because of the opportunity to grow sets me apart from others. I'm mature, seen as a leader, and influence others to bring out their best on and off the field. As a student athlete, I focused on the importance of mental, emotional, and physical aspects of every sport I play. I've been on Varsity Baseball since my Sophomore year and made 2^nd Team All District as a DH. My Junior year, I hurt my hand and could not play baseball, so I made Varsity Track as a long jumper and was a Regional Qualifier. I look forward to my senior year with anticipation, expectation, and excitement with what God has in His plan for me, and where my path with college baseball will land. Because I understand what student athlete means, my education is a priority along with my athleticism. I currently have a 3.85/4.0GPA, am a member of the National Honor Society, National Society of High School Scholars, taking dual credit college courses, and was selected as a Baseball Representative for FISD Leadership Conference. It is also important to give back to individuals and organizations that have poured into me, so I am a Teacher's Aide, part of the school Mentor Program, and Volunteer with Humanitarian Hands Charities.
