Kai Bumpas '24 Recruiting Profile

I got my first glove when I was 5 and joined my first tee ball team when I was 6. My true passion for the game started when I joined my 10U majors level baseball team coached by a former left handed professional pitcher. Over the next seven seasons I worked with this coach to develop my pitching mechanics and skills to be the best I could be.  I now focus almost all my time on the two things that are most important to me, school and baseball. Although. I need to get out to the fishing hole every few days to relax and catch up with friends! 

I love the game of baseball, I love to pitch and I love doing anything I can to help my team succeed! I would love to find the opportunity to be part of a team where I can contribute while pursuing my education. My sister is a college athlete and I see how amazing it is for her to be  a student athlete. That’s my dream!
